CD4094是帶輸出鎖存和三態控制的串入/並出高速轉換器,具有使用簡單、功耗低、驅動能力強和控制靈活等優點。
CD4094的引腳圖及引腳描述
其中(1)腳為鎖存端,
(2)腳為串列數據輸入端,
(3)腳為串列時鐘端。(1)腳為高電平時,8位并行輸出口Q1~Q8在時鐘的上升沿隨串列輸入而變化;(1)腳為低電平時,輸出鎖定。利用鎖存端可方便地進行片選和級聯輸出控制。
(15)腳為并行輸出狀態控制端,(15)腳為低電平時,并行輸出端處在高阻狀態,在用CD4094作顯示輸出時,可使顯示數碼閃爍。(
9)腳QS、(10)腳Q′S是串列數據輸出端,用於級聯。QS端在第9個串列時鐘的上升沿開始輸出,Q′S端在第9個串列時鐘的下降沿開始輸出。
當CD4094電源為5V時,輸出電流大於3.2MA,灌電流為1 MA。串列時鐘頻率可達2.5MHZ。
